What is BSc. Information Technology?

B.Sc Information Technology or Bachelor of Science in Information Technology is an undergraduate (UG) level course program.

The degree course is awarded after successfully completing a 3 years course program in the study, design, develop, implement, support or manage of information systems with the use of software applications and computer hardware to convert, store, protect, process, transmit, and securely restore the information.

 B.Sc. Information Technology degree course is the comprehensive one that involves the study of computing technology, including everything from installing applications to designing complex computer networks and developing software’s in the information databases.

B.Sc in Information Technology includes software development, testing, software engineering, computer networking, web design, web development, databases, programming and so on.

B.Sc. Information Technology, is all about storing, processing, securing and managing Information. Databases, Networks, software development & testing and programming are few of the very important topics that students will come across in the B.Sc. program.

Finally, to execute and implement the project, one need to detail and explain each and every step to have an organized outline for solving the problem. While executing the coding, every computer engineer knows the compulsion to get everything right. This also to be remembered that engineers need to be quick observers to be able to spot any error, small or big in the program.

BSc. Information Technology: Duration

BSc Information Technology is an undergraduate (UG) level course program which introduces students to the fundamentals of computer sciences.
