What is BSc. Neurophysiology?
BSc. in Neurophysiology is an undergraduate (UG) level course program. It is a special branch of medicine that specifically concentrates on the relationship between the brain membrane and the peripheral nervous system. The science of neurophysiology is related closely to neurology which is a specialist area of study relevant to the human brain and its functioning. B.Sc Neurophysiology is a 3 years degree course program provided in selected institutions in India. Bachelor of Science in Neurophysiology or B.Sc. Neurophysiology is an undergraduate (UG) level course program which introduces students to the fundamentals of neurology technology. It is a 3 years course program which is divided into 6 semesters. Every semester lasts for the period of 6 months. BSc. Neurophysiology: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who have successfully completed their 10 +2 education in science stream with Biology, Physics and Chemistry as the mandatory subjects are eligible to apply for B.Sc. in Neurophysiology. A minimum aggregate marks of 50% or more is desired for admission. Few of the teaching hospitals and colleges may conduct an entrance exams for admission and admit students based on their performance in these entrance exams. Intermediate vocational students are also eligible for admission if they have chosen up the bridge course in biology and physical sciences.
