All India Bar Examination examines an advocate’s skills and capability to practice the profession of law in India. The entrance exam of AIBE is designed to assess the analytical skills and understanding law, as a benchmark for admission to practice law as a designated profile.
Once the candidate graduates the entrance exam, he/she will be certified as Certificate of Practice by the Bar Council of India. The applicants can select 11 languages as an attempt for the examination. The entrance exam is an open book exam with multiple choice questions framed.

AIBE 2020 Exam Application Form
The instruction booklet or instruction guidelines are made available for all applicants:
All applicants can start filling the application form from last week of September 2020. The Application From is available online. Candidates should fill their academic, and personal details correctly.
They have to upload the scanned signature and photos at the time of registration. Self- attested documents need to be uploaded accurately onto the website. All candidates of the reserved section should upload their self-attested category certificate as directed in the application form.
Candidates should take care not to send the hard copy of the Application Form to the Bar Council of India. They are requested to take printouts and keep it till the admission process gets over.
All Application Form Fees can be paid using payments via SBI Bank. It should be noted that the application fee is non-refundable under any circumstance.

AIBE 2020 Exam Eligibility Criteria
The candidate must always check their eligibility for the AIBE 2020 entrance exam. The applying candidates must be an Indian citizen. There is no age criteria. All applicants must pass a 3 or 5 year Bachelor’s Degree in LLB from any recognized University. Candidates must enrol themselves at the Bar Council of India.
AIBE 2020 Entrance Exam Pattern
The entrance exam will be conducted offline that is through an open book test mode. A total of 3hours and 30 minutes will be allotted to the candidate for completing the exam. The question paper will comprise a total of 100 marks.
There will be 100 questions set in the question paper. The questions are in multiple choice question format. Every correct answer will be of 1 mark and there is no negative marking.

AIBE 2020 Entrance Exam Answer Key
The concerned authority will release the provisional AIBE 2020 Answer Key to the applicants via online. This facility helps the candidates to check their answer key and calculate their marks obtained in the entrance exam.
If you or any applicant have objections to the answer key, they should register their complaints within ten days of the release of answer key. After the kind consideration of objections, the related authority will display the final answer key in January 2021.
AIBE 2020 Entrance Exam Results
The results will be published a week after the results have been declared online. The results are available online on the website. The Result page shows their qualifying and non-qualifying status of exams for all candidates. All results will be displayed in the first week of January 2021.
The Scorecard or Result Card will indicate the details such as candidates name, father’s name, mother’s name, roll number, registration number, enrolment number and so on. The qualified candidates will be issued certificate pf practice after clearing in the results page.

AIBE 2020 Entrance Exam Preparations
The entrance exam set up by the Bar Council of India is mandatory for all law graduates and advocates enrolled with state bar councils after 2010 onwards. This exam is an open book exam which means they can carry their books, notes and study materials for the exam. There is no limit on the attempts for this exam.
