AILET 2020 Eligibility Criteria
The AILET 2020 eligibility is defined primarily on two factors: Eligibility and Age limit. Any or all candidates who have completed their 10+2 standard or equivalent exam and have achieved an aggregate of 50% are eligible.
Candidates who are appearing for this year’s 10+2 exams are also eligible. It is mandatory for them to bring their 12th class passing evidence as a proof of eligibility for admission.
There is no age limit for the AILET 2020 exam. AILET 2020 Application Process

AILET 2020 Admit Card
National Law University, Delhi releases the Admit Card online at its official website nludelhi.ac.in . The Admit Cards will be available from 22nd April 2020. All applicants can download by entering their name/application number and date of birth. The AILET 2020 Exam will be held on 3rd May 2020.
Steps to Download the Admit Card
Applicants must take a coloured print out of the admit card on an A4 size sheet. The steps include:

AILET 2020 Exam Instructions
- Applicants must visit the exam centre with a coloured copy of the AILET Admit Card.
- If candidates belong to the category of Persons with Disabilities, then he / she can get the facility of scribe / extra time as required to bring a copy of Disability Certificate issued by the competent authority to the Examination Centre on the day of exam.
- Candidates must be present in the exam centre with proper discipline.
- Candidates are required to reach the exam centre two hours before the test.

AILET 2020 Counselling Process
Step-1:Applicant needs to click on the pdf file of the shortlisted candidates on the official portal of AILET 2020.
Step-2: Aspirants whose name appears in the merit list released, will
be issued call letters for participation in counselling.
Step-3: Candidates have to visit at the venue mentioned and remit the
AILET counselling 2020 fees by the last date mentioned after receival of call
letters.
Step-4: The university will release another list of qualified
candidates for spot counselling only if seats will remain vacant after
completion of First Slot.
Step-5: Spot counselling will start in July 2020 as expected. It is
the last round of the admission process.
Step-6: Spot Counselling is only valid for those applicants whose
name is shown in the waiting list category. Selected candidates have to deposit their
admission fee before the due date to confirm their seats.
Documents Required for Counselling
All shortlisted applicants must bring their originals along with a set of photocopies for verification during the admission. The following needs to be brought for counselling:

- AILET Call Letter issued by NLU Delhi
- AILET 2020 Scorecard
- A valid Research Proposal (for the PhD program)
- Self -Attested Character Certificates from the school last attended
- Self -Attested 10th and 12th Class Certificate and mark sheets
- Self- Attested BA LLB mark sheet (for LLM and PhD programs)
- Self- Attested LLM mark sheets (for PhD Program)
- Caste Certificate signed by the concerned authority
- Bank Demand Draft drew in favour of “The Registrar, National Law University Delhi” that is payable at New Delhi

AILET 2020 Seat Allotment Process
Seats are allotted to selected candidates after the counselling and document verification steps. The seat allotment step is held in offline medium. The selected applicant’s allotment depends on the candidates rank, category and preference during counselling.
