BSc. Radiotherapy technology is a 3-year full-time undergraduate (UG) level course program. The radiotherapy course that enlarges the knowledge about radiation therapy to treat cancer and other diseases with ionizing radiation. Radiotherapy technology is one of the treatment used for cancer. The process deals with the deposition of energy in the targeted cells through ionising radiation causing destruction of the cells and ceasing their growth. But one is usually assisted by qualified Nurses and Radiotherapy technicians. B.Sc. in Radiotherapy program will not help you become a Radiation Oncologist!
