Punjab University Common Entrance Test managed by Punjab University conducts the University Level exam for various courses. The PUCET entrance exam is conducted every year by the Punjab University, Chandigarh. The exam opens doors to several UG and PG courses in B. Pharmacy and B. Sc Honors.

PUCET 2020 Application Form
All applicants can fill their application forms online. Any type of offline modes is not acceptable. Application Forms for UG CET is available online via online from 11th March 2020 onwards. On the other hand, PUCET -PG application forms will begin from 7th April 2020. Fill in all your details like personal, education, and qualification in the spaces provided.
Now upload your recent scanned photo and signature in the prescribed format. No hard copies need to be sent to the exam authority by post or courier or other means. The applicants can fill their details for UG from 10th April 2020 and 18th May 2020 for PG courses.
The online application fee can be paid via online using either debit card/credit card/net-banking. The application fee is neither refundable nor transferable. The application fee breakdown is as follows:

PUCET 2020 Eligibility Criteria
All applicants must be an Indian citizen. They should pass their 10th and 12th class from a recognized Board/equivalent exam. They should have Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry as the main subjects in 12th standard.
The candidates have to secure a minimum 50% marks in general and 45%marks in the SC/ST candidates in their qualifying exam. B. Pharma course will have to pass 10th, 12th class with subjects like English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics and /or Biotechnology. The candidates must secure a minimum of 50% marks in General and 45% marks in SC/ST candidates on 12th level.
Those applying for B.Sc, Botany and Geology should pass 12th class from a recognized board. They should have the minimum subjects of Chemistry, Biology, Physics and English in their qualifying exam. The candidates must secure a minimum of 50% marks in General and 45% marks in SC/ST candidates on 12th level.
BSc. Mathematics should have 10th and 12th exams from a recognized board. The applicants should pass Mathematics as one of the main subjects in the qualifying exam. The candidates must secure a minimum of 50% marks in General and 45% marks in SC/ST candidates on 12th level.

Applying Process for PUCET 2020
Navigate to the official website. Enter your basic details like email id, name, mobile number in the application form. Click the Register option. Enter your login user id and password.
Fill the application form with care. Upload your scanned photo and signature in the prescribed format in the application form.
The image size must be in JPG or JPEG format. The applicants must pay online. Check all details carefully and take print outs as needed.
PUCET 2020 Admit Card
The PUCET Admit card will be released in last week of May 2020 online. All applicants must have their admit card ready for the exam at the time of appearing in the exam hall. A few important dates are:

Navigate to the official website. View the admit card download link on the home page. Click the link and enter your login id and password. Submit and login. The admit card of PUCET will be displayed on your screen. Download and take multiple copies as needed.

Candidates must carry certain documents for the verification process of the candidates’ identity.

Details on the Admit Card
The PUCET candidates must verify all details on the admit card. In case of any discrepancy, candidates must report to the exam authorities on an immediate basis. The admit card details should contain:

Important Instructions for the exam day
Students must reach the exam hall before the exam time begins. They must carry the admit card along with other necessary documents at the entry of the exam hall center. Any kind of mischiefs in the exam will not be tolerated. Students must not carry any prohibited items to the exam hall.
PUCET Results 2020
The PUCET results will be displayed on the University website, a few days after the exam completed. The candidates will be able to view the results online. A few important results dates are summarized below:

Browse for the official portal of PUCET. Click the Link Punjab University Results on the University website. Enter your roll number and select the right combination. Click on submit after this. The scorecard appears on the screen. Download the results and take printouts as required.
Details needed on the PUCET Scorecard
The scorecard of the applicants shows the details of the candidate along with his/her performance. The details on the scorecard contains the following:
- Candidate’s Roll Number
- Category of the Candidate
- Candidate’s Registration Number
- Rank of the candidates
- Marks Obtained by candidates
PUCET 2020 Merit List
The PUCET merit list is prepared by the University for all programs. Candidates shortlisted from the merit list or based on the scores of the candidates in the qualifying entrance exam. Those candidates who attain the minimum cut off marks will be eligible for counselling. Final merit list is prepared by the Institute based on the weightage and admission criteria.
PUCET 2020 Counselling
The candidates who successfully clear the entrance exam with a minimum cut off marks will be called for counselling in person with all the required documents. The necessary documents for counselling are:
