Symbiosis SET is a university level entrance exam conducted by Symbiosis International University every year. It opens the gateway for many UG and Integrated courses across the country. The applicants can refer the important dates as listed below:

Symbiosis SET 2020 Application Form
Symbiosis SET 2020 Application Form was released on 23rd January 2020. All application forms can be filled online. They would have to fill details such as Personal, education, etc, in the required fields. Upload your recent scanned photo and signature in the application form. All scanned image sizes should be between 10-500 KB in .JPG or .JPEG format.
The applicants can fill the application forms till 16th April 2020. Necessary printouts to be taken for future admission processes. The Application fee can be paid via Demand Draft, Bill Desk Payment Gateway and Indian Bank Payment Gateway or Ease Buss Payment Gateway.
All application fee submitted should be drawn in favour of any Nationalize Bank at Symbiosis Test Secretariats payable at Pune. The demand draft should be sent to:

Symbiosis SET Eligibility Criteria
All applicants must glance through the Symbiosis SET eligibility criteria before filling of the Application Form.
Indian nationals including OCI/PIO/NRI candidates can apply.
Those candidates who would be appearing in their 12th or final year are also eligible.
B. Tech students must pass their 10+2 from any recognized Board. The candidates should have Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects in their 12th level along with Biology/Biotechnology /Chemistry subjects.
BBA aspirants must pass their Intermediate from any recognized Board. The General candidates must score a minimum of 50% marks and 45% marks for SC/ST candidates.
B. Des Candidates must have graduated their 10th and 12th or Graduation degree from any recognized Board/University. They should obtain 50% marks in their qualifying exam.
BA (Mass Communication Course) applicants should pass 10+2+3 or an equivalent diploma from a recognized Institute/Board. The general category candidates must score 50% marks while SC/ST candidates must score 45%marks in their qualifying exam.
Detailed Filling process of the Application Form
Visit the official website. Click on Registration Link. Click on I Agree after reading through all given instructions.
Fill in your personal details carefully. Next, click on Save and Continue. Choose file option.
Upload your documents as prescribed. Make the necessary payment after entering all payment details.
You will receive a confirmation message to your registered email id and or mobile number. Take printouts as needed.
Symbiosis SET Admit Card
The SET hall tickets would be available only online. The hall tickets cannot be sent by post to the candidates. The authority will not issue any duplicate admit card under any circumstance. So, keep it safe up to the counselling process. The photo on the hall ticket should not be more than 3 months old.
The signature should be your latest one and the hall ticket should be printed in colour. No black and white hall tickets will be entertained.

Download your Admit Card
Go to the official website. Click on the link provided to reach the admit card page. On this page enter your login details.
Enter your SETID and password to access the page.
Click on Login Button and the admit card opens on your screen.
Verify the entered details and take enough printouts for the admission process.
Instructions for the Candidate
The candidates must bring their admit card along with one identity proof.
All admit cards will be verified by the authorities. So, do not forget to bring it to the exam hall.
They should reach the exam hall well ahead of time mentioned in the admit card. At least one hour before is recommended.
For the Morning Session (Law and Design Test), reach the test centre latest by 7.30 am to allow for sufficient time for biometric data capture at the test centre. The test will start at 9.30 a.m. After 09.45 a.m., no candidate will be allowed to appear for the Morning Session Test. Note that no extra time will be given for candidates who report late at the test centre.
For the Afternoon Session (General and Engineering Test), reach the test centre latest by 12:30 pm to allow for sufficient time for biometric data capture at the test centre. The test will start at 2:30 p.m. After 02.45 p.m., no candidate will be allowed to appear for the Afternoon Session Test. Note that no extra time will be given for candidates who report late at the test centre.
Do not carry any electronic gadget, study material, mobile phone or any helping material.
Without valid admit card no candidate will be allowed to enter in the examination hall.
An authorized person will verify and authenticate your Admit Card against the photo-id on the day of the test. Please preserve this authenticated Admit Card for further PI-WAT or ST-PI processes.
Cell phones, calculators, watch calculators, alarm clocks, digital watches with built-in calculators/ memory or any electronic or smart devices are not be allowed in the examination hall.
Candidates will not be allowed to leave the hall till 10:15 AM (for the morning session test) and 3:15 PM (for the afternoon session test). After submission of the test, candidate will not be allowed to re-enter the test hall.
Symbiosis SET Exam Pattern
This entrance exam is organized for admissions to engineering, law, design and general courses. The exam date is scheduled on 2nd May 2020. All exams of symbiosis will be in online mode (computer-based test). The time limit for the exam is 150 minutes. The question paper is divided into four papers each within a session.
Reporting time for the morning shift is 7.30 am. The morning schedule is from 9.30 am – 12.00 pm. (noon time).
And evening reporting time is 12.30 pm. The noon schedule is from 2.30 pm -5.00pm. candidates can apply for only one paper in each session.
A total of 150 questions will be asked from law, design and general courses. 100 questions from engineering and health science courses.
The question paper is purely objective type. 1 mark is given for each correct answer and 2 marks in the engineering and health science papers.
No negative marking is there.
Symbiosis SET Preparation Tips
Prepare a time frame in mind. Learn to manage time within scheduled time limits in the question papers. Include short breaks between long periods of learning. Divide your time and allot a time slot for the completion of the syllabus.
Buy famous study books and materials from well prepared stores. Practice mock test papers and previous question papers to get a feel of the exam pattern.
Get yourself prepared to focus on weak areas of subjects. Do not panic but stay calm and focused.
Maintain a good health by eating a balanced diet. Keep yourself fit by eating good food with adequate nutrients and minerals as needed.
Revise through your syllabus thoroughly and keep your mind focused towards your goal.
EXAM REMINDERS
All applicants should keep in mind certain things while writing the entrance exam.
Focus on the important concepts by giving more attention to the illustrated concepts. Form study groups and discuss friends by asking each other different set of questions.
Practice as much as you can. It will give you improved confidence. Make a time table and follow it. Do not get in the habit of skipping any part of the syllabus.
Keep one or two weeks for revision.
