APECET 2020 Application Form

Must Know Facts of APECET 2020 Application Form
- The application form is required to be filled through online mode.
- Candidates may apply for AP ECET 2020 from the fourth week of February 2020.
- The last date to submit the application form will be on fourth week of March 2020.
- All the candidates must upload passport size photograph & signature in the application form.
- The size of photograph must be of 50 KB while the size of signature must be of 30 KB. Both scanned files must be in JPG or JPEG format only.
- While filling the application form, candidates will have to provide valid/ working email ID & phone number.
- Incomplete application forms will not be accepted by the authority.
- Correction facility in APECET to edit the mistakes in the application form from first week of April 2020 is provided by the University.
- There is no need to send any hard copy of application form to the authority.
- After submitting the application form, the candidates must also take printout of their form for future needs.
The Application Fee
- The payment may be done through AP Online service or through credit card, debit card or net-banking.
- All the candidates need to pay Rs.550/- as application fee.
- Those candidates who will submit the fee late will have to submit Rs.1000 and a late fee of Rs.550 as registration fee.
APECET 2020 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must go through the following before applying:
- Indian Nationals are eligible.
- Candidates must belong to Andhra Pradesh state & satisfy local or non-local state requirement as per the State Government.
- Non-Indian origin candidates will have to fulfil the norms of the university.
- Candidates must possess a Diploma in Engineering & Technology or pharmacy from state board or any other recognized board or University or must qualify B.Sc. Degree.
- Candidates must qualify the BSc. degree with Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
- Candidates must score a minimum of 45% marks in general and 40% for reserved category.
- Candidates pursuing a Diploma course are also eligible for B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Pharma degree programmes.

Candidates must go through the following step by step procedure before applying for AP ECET 2020:

- A home page appears on your computer screen.
- Click on ‘Fee Payment’ option.

APECET 2020 Exam Highlights
The APECET filling process will start from third week of February 2020.
Last date for submitting the application fee including late fee of Rs. 1000/- will be first week of April 2020. The correction facility will be provided by the University in the first week of April 2020. The APECET hall ticket can be downloaded from the fourth week of April 2020.
The exam will be held on 30th April 2020. The answer key will be released within one or two days of the written exam in first week of May 2020. Candidates will be able to submit objections to the answer key till first week of May 2020.
The results will be published in the second week of May 2020. Candidates can download their rank card from third week of May 2020 in the online mode. The counselling will be through online mode from the second week of June 2020.
APECET 2020 Admit Card
The applicants can download their hall ticket from the official website online. The admit card can be downloaded after successful completion of the application form. The admit card will not be sent by post or other means to the applicants. The admit card will contain details like:

APECET 2020 Cut Off
Cut off’s will be released by the exam authority via online. The cut off marks are the minimum qualifying marks that candidates should obtain to get admission into various programmes. The cut off marks varies every year from course to course.
The candidates who successfully qualify with the minimum cut off marks are shortlisted for further counselling. Category-wise and section-wise cut off marks are released by the exam authority. Candidates have to score a minimum of 25% of marks out of the total. That is 50 marks out of 200 marks to qualify for the test. Cut off marks are set by the official authorities.

APECET 2020 Results
The AP ECET 2020 Rank Card is scheduled to be released from 18th May 2020. The exam authority publishes the results for those candidates who appear in the AP ECET 2020 entrance exam. Those candidates who successfully clear the written entrance exam are able to download the result.
APECET 2020 Counselling
AP ECET Counselling 2020 will start from fourth week of June 2020. Only those qualified are allowed to attend the web counselling. Through counselling, candidates get easy admissions to various engineering & pharmacy colleges.
Admissions are provided on the basis
of AP ECET score/ranks. The web counselling for the qualified candidates is conducted

APECET 2020 Counselling Details
AP ECET 2020 counselling will start from fourth week of June 2020. After declaring of results, shortlisted candidates are invited for online counselling. Admission council conducts three rounds of counselling.
If a candidate does not participate in the first round of counselling for any case, then his/her counselling is given to the next one. If any seats remain vacant after three rounds of the counselling, then seats are allotted through open counselling.
Procedure for Web Counselling
- Candidates have to register online for web based online counselling.
- Candidates are supposed to attend the web counselling according to their rank.
- Selection of the institutions/stream is done by the candidates according to their ranks in the merit list and after verifying the documents.
- Once verified, candidates have to pay the counselling fee and get a receipt.
- Candidates are provided with registration numbers (user Id) and password to login into the website for web counselling.
- After this, candidates have to choose the college from the Andhra Pradesh colleges list and submit it or freeze it.
- Candidates will receive the allotment letter through SMS or email on the candidate’s registered email ID and mobile number.
- Candidates with the proper allotment letter can visit the college for getting admission at the due date and time with all original documents.
