Eligibility Criteria for MBBS Study in China
All students must be 17 years before the date of admission. The age for studying MBBS should not exceed 25 years before the admission process.
All applicants must clear the 12th Standards or equivalent with an aggregate of 50% marks for studying MBBS in China.
The candidates should have science as the major subject in their higher secondary. The students should be proficient in Chemistry, Biology and Physics for taking an MBBS Seat.
The students need to score 62% Marks in each of the science subjects.
NEET is the necessary entrance exam to qualify for the medical entry to China for learning MBBS. A valid passport is mandatory for the students.
MBBS in China Intake Criteria
All applications should be sent in June to the respective universities in China. The class sessions begin in September.
There are limited seats available in the country. The seats are given on a first come first serve basis.

University founded in 1951 as Tianjin Medical College was merged in 1994 with Tianjin Second Medical College to form Tianjin Medical University (TMU), and in December 1996, Tianjin Medical University formally became one of the national key universities in China. Southern Medical University (SMU), the former First Military Medical University, was founded in October 1951 and is one of the premier medical universities in 1978. The university was handed over to the local government of Guangdong Province and renamed as Southern Medial University in 2004. It is located in Guangzhou in two campuses, the main campus at Baiyun District, Guangzhou City and the Shunde campus in Foshan City. The two campuses cover an area of 176 hectares in total.
