Mangalam College of Engineering , Kottayam is a part of Mangalam Group of Educational Institutions. It is approved by the (AICTE) All India Council for Technical Education and affiliated to the Mahatma Gandhi University in Kerala. MLM is promoted by the Mangalam Educational Society, with a main mission is to bring out leaders for a technology driven environment. The MLM provides the following facilities to ensure the requirements of students are met:
Hostel: The College offers separate hostel facilities for both boys and girls students within the college campus with mess halls and modern kitchens. The rooms offer with most modern facilities and privacy.
Library: The Central Library of Mangalam College was started in the year 2002. It is fully automated with a rich collection of Books, Journals, technical & general magazines, seminar reports and nonbook materials like CD ROMs on Engineering and Management. These e-journals are accessible on internet to campus users only.
Canteen: The MCE college canteen caters with best and good quality variety of dishes at reasonable rates to students, staff members and visitors. It remains open on all working days.
Sports: It provides several sports facilities to its students like fitness centre, shuttle, basketball, tennis, volleyball, football etc. complete with an cafe and wifi facilities.
Transportation: The college provides transportation facilities for students and staff members after purchasing bus passes valid up to 6 months
