OJEE 2021 or Odisha Joint Entrance Examination is conducted by the Odisha State Government every year. The examination is a State-level entrance test organized for admission to various UG/PG courses in various Govt. colleges, universities and self-financed institutes located in Orissa. Joint Entrance Examination is conducted for admission to Undergraduate Courses in (Lateral Entry) Engineering & Technology, Pharmacy, Postgraduate course like MBA, MCA, (Lateral Entry) MCA, MTECH, MPLAN, MARCH, MPHARM and Int. MBA in Universities, Govt. Colleges and Self-financed Institutes in the State. Admission into B. Tech, MBBS, BAMS, BHMS courses will, however, be provided through JEE Main and NEET scores.
The Application Form for OJEE 2021 is released in 1st week of February 2021. The dates of the Examination are in 1st week of May 2021.

OJEE 2021 Application Form
- OJEE 2021 application form is made available via online mode. One candidate can apply for only one application form.
- The last Date for online registration is 3rd week of March 2021.
- The application process will contain steps such as Registration, Filling up Application Form, Uploading Documents and Payment of Required Fee.
- All application forms entered incorrectly or which are incomplete will be rejected. Therefore, the candidates must be careful while filling the application form.
- Candidates must give their correct email-id and phone number while registering for the Entrance Exam.
- Multiple printouts or copies of the filled application form must be taken by the candidate for further use.
- Candidates are advised to print the proof of application fee to show when asked.

OJEE Filling of Application Form -Steps
Step 1. Online Registration
- Go through the official website and Click on that link.
- Click on examination form you wish to apply.
- You can register for only one application form.
- A new page will be opened on the computer screen.
- Select your exam.
- Click on “Apply Button”.
- Once the details are submitted, you will receive a “Registration Number”.
- Note it down for future use.
Step 2. Filling the Details for Registration
- Fill in your personal details such as Candidate Name, Father Name, Mother Name, Date of Birth & Gender.
- Select the parent Domicile Category, Sub Category, Annual Family Income, Nationality, etc.
- Fill your educational & communication details.
- Choose a password & security pin.
- Click the submit button, after checking all the filled in details.
Step 3. Uploading of Scanned Photo/Signature
- Your next step is to upload your scanned photograph, signature & thumb impression (left hand) in a JPEG/JPG format.
- Coloured Photograph size must be between 5 KB to 99 KB (3.5 cm X 4.5 cm).
- Your Left-hand Thumb (for Boys & Girls) Size must be between 5 KB to 50 KB (3.5 cm X 1.5 cm).
- The Signature size must be between 5 KB to 50 K (3.5 cm X 1.5 cm).
- “Choose File” option & upload the images.
- Enter the security pin &hit the “Upload” button.
Step 4. Payments
- Proceed to the payment window after uploading the images. Click on the “Proceed for Payment” button.
- You can pay the fee online through, credit card, debit card, internet banking & wallet/cash cards.
- Once the fee is paid, click on the “Make Payment” button.
Step 5. Printout of the Confirmation Page
- Once the fee payment is successful, take printouts or copies of the confirmation page.
- Retain the Confirmation page till the end of the admission procedure.
OJEE Application Form
The application fee for forms A, B, C, D and F is Rs. 1000 for Form E it is Rs. 1500. Candidates can fill only one application form at a time.
OJEE Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must check their eligibility criteria before applying for the OJEE 2021 Entrance Examination. All applicants must be of Indian origin and a permanent citizen of India.
- NRI students of parents residing in India can be eligible if they have a Valid Indian Passport.
- Candidates need to belong to the Odisha State for admission to the government colleges.
- Candidates from other States of India cannot apply for the entrance exams in Odisha.
Educational Eligibility Criteria
B. Pharm
Candidates should have qualified Class 12 examination in science stream with a minimum aggregate score of 45%.
No prescribed age limit for admission to B.Pharma programme.
BAMS/BHS candidates
- Candidates should have completed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany & Zoology) with a minimum aggregate of 50% in all three subjects taken together.
- The prescribed lower age limit is 17 years as of December 31, 2021.
- The Admission to these Courses will be based on NEET Scores. No separate entrance test is conducted.
Note: OJEE exam is not conducted for admission to MBBS, BDS, BE/B. Tech. The applicants will be admitted based on NEET and JEE Main respectively.
MBA: The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline or equivalent or bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology/Architecture/Pharmacy of four years duration with a minimum aggregate of 50%. Students in their final year are also eligible to apply. No prescribed age limit is defined for MBA programmes.
M. Tech: The candidates must have obtained a minimum of 50% or above in their graduation from a relevant discipline. Students in the final year of the qualifying examination can also apply. No age limit is prescribed for admission to M. Tech programmes.
M. Arch: Candidates should have completed their bachelor’s in Architecture with a minimum aggregate of 50% to be eligible to apply for M. Arch. Candidates in the final year of the qualifying exam can also apply. No age limit is prescribed by the OJEE board for admission.

OJEE 2021 Admit Card
Candidates can fetch their OJEE Admit Cards from 3rd Week of April 2021. All candidates can download their admit card online by entering their login details.
Candidates are supposed to bring the print out of their admit card on the day of the exam, otherwise they will not be allowed to the exam hall.
Students must check whether all the details present in the admit card are correct. In case of any discrepancy while downloading the admit card, the candidates must contact the officials to rectify the problem.
OJEE 2021 Preparatory Tips

OJEE 2021 Cut Off
Students have to score the slated cut off marks to qualify for the Entrance Test of OJEE 2021. Cut-off marks will be available online on the website.
Cut off marks will be put up on the website based on category wise distribution to several participating institutions.
OJEE Cut off depends on several factors such as number of candidates appeared for exam, difficulty level of exam, marks secured in the exam, etc.
OJEE 2021 Results
Results of OJEE 2021 will be published in the First Week of June 2021. Candidates can view their rank and score online. Separate Merit lists will be published online for each of reserved category.
Merit List scores are based on the marks secured by candidates in the OJEE 2021 entrance exam. Candidates must take printouts of the result for use in the future.
OJEE 2021 Counselling
Counselling for OJEE 2021 will begin from Second week of June 2021. Candidates can get all information about counselling using the online mode. The counselling will begin only after the results have been declared and an appropriate merit list released.
Candidates for the counselling will be selected by the qualifying marks scored in the entrance exam. All successful applicants for counselling must bring all supporting documents and self-attested photocopies of those documents.
Candidates who have attended the Counselling can choose the course and college as per their choice. All eligible candidates will be selected through web counselling for proper allocation of seats to deserving applicants.

OJEE Counselling Eligibility Criteria 2021
Candidates who wish to participate in the OJEE counselling 2021 must fulfil the below-mentioned eligibility criteria.
- Candidate must have completed at least 17 years of age
- Candidates who wish to participate in BAMS/BHMS counselling must have qualified in NEET(UG) with a valid rank
- Candidates’ parents should be a native of Odisha state. Candidates have to present the Resident/Nativity certificate during document verification
- Candidate must have scored 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in the Class 12 for General category candidates. The minimum aggregate for SC/ST is 40%. Also, the candidates must have passed in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects individually
OJEE Spot Counselling 2021: Documents and Drafts Required
Candidates must carry the following documents to the counselling centre:
- Registered candidates must carry a demand draft of Rs 5000, drawn in favour of “OJEE 2021” on any Scheduled Bank payable at Bhubaneshwar. Candidates who have been allotted seats, and have paid the fees do not have to carry any drafts.
- Candidates who did not register with OJEE earlier but want to be a part of the counselling process have to carry an additional draft of Rs 1000
- Candidates must carry the following certificates
(original and photocopy):
- NEET (2021) rank card
- OJEE BAMS/BHMS registration slip
- Class 10 board certificate and mark sheet
- Class 12 passing certificate and mark sheet
- Residence certificate of Odisha (mandatory)
- SC/ST certificate issued by the government of Odisha
- Green card issued by the Family Welfare Department, govt. of Odisha
- Candidates under EWS category have to produce EWS certificate from Tahsildar/ Additional Tahsildar.
- The list of eligible Ex-serviceman candidates is sent by Rajya Sainik Board to OJEE. Only those candidates will be considered under ES quota
- PC Board report from SCB Medical College, Cuttack is with the JEE Office. Only the candidates, declared eligible by the Board, will be considered under PC quota.
