The Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), Delhi has invited applications for admission to Master of Arts (MA), Master of Science (M.Sc), Master of Technology (M.Tech), Master of Philosophy (M.Phil), Master of Computer application (MCA) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programmes under various specilaisations offered in the schools of International Studies, Language, Literature & Cultural Studies, Social Sciences, Life Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Computer and System Sciences, Physical Sciences, Arts & Aesthetics, Computational & Integrative Sciences, Biotechnology for the academic session 2016.
Eligible and interested candidates should apply latest by March 21.
MCA programme: Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university or institute.
M.Sc in Physics: Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree (with Physics as one of the subjects) from a recognised university or institute.
MA programme: Candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university or institute.
The selection will be made on the basis of their performance in the JNU Entrance Examination (JNUEE).
How to apply:
Candidates should apply through the official website, the link for which is http://www.jnu.ac.in/. The candidates can submit the hard copy of the application along with the essential documents to 'Section officer (admissions), room No.28, Administrative block, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New delhi 1100067' through a proper channel so as to reach before the closing date.
An application fee of Rs 300 needs to be paid by the candidates for the registration process.
