SRM Institute also known as Institute of Science and Technology conducts the Joint Engineering Entrance Examination for admission to various specializations in B.Tech. It is a university level entrance exam scheduled for the April 2020 session.

SRMJEEE Application Form

The SRMJEEE Application Form can be filled online and offline by the candidates. The applicants have to fill all the required details such as Personal Email id, contact number, qualification and address details.
The candidate needs to upload their recent passport size photo and signature as specified by the University. All registered candidtes can correct their wrongly filled applications by second week of April 2020. They have to pay the application fee online or offline as their choice. The Application Fee is Rs.1100/- and should be drawn in favour of SRMIST, payable at Chennai.
SRMJEEE Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must verify their eligibility criteria before applying for SRMJEEE entrance exam. Applicants born between 1st July 1998 to 1st July 2003 are eligible. Those with India National or NRI, holder of PIO or OCI card issued by Government of India can apply.
Applicants who have passed their 12th or equivalent exam can apply. Even appearing candidates can also apply. Candidates should score a minimum of 60% in PCM (for Kanthalkulathar Campus), while 50% in PCM (For Ghaziabad (NCR), Sonipat, Ramapur campuses) and 75% in PCM (For SRM Amravati Campus).
SRMJEEE Exam Pattern
The exam would be conducted online. The time for finishing the exam is 2 hours and 30 minutes. English will be the medium of questions for the entrance exam. All questions will be in multiple choice question format.
There are five subjects in this entrance exam. The candidtes have to choose anyone subject from Biology or Mathematics depending on his/her choice. Every correct answer is awarded 1 mark. There is no negative marking.

SRMJEEE 2020 Admit Card
SRMJEEE admit card will be available from second week of April 2020. Applicants who have fully submitted their application forms can book their slots from the official website. Details like exam center code, exam slot, date of examination, personal information of the candidate and information guidelines should be present on the admit card.

Steps to download your Admit Card
Candidates must login to the official website of SRM JEEE University at srmist.edu.in Click on the hyperlink Download SRMJEEE Admit card. Enter the application id and password. Your admit card is displayed on the screen. Once ready for download, take copies for the counselling procedure.
Details on the Admit card
- Name of the candidate.
- Son/ daughter of name of guardian.
- Roll number (auto generated at the time of registration).
- Exam venue with centre code.
- Exam slot.
- Date of examination.
- Time of commencement of examination.
- Permanent address of the candidate.
- Passport sized photograph uploaded for identification purpose.
Documents along with the Admit Card
Candidates must have a proper ID proof to appear for the exam.
- As the SRMJEEE 2020 Admit Card carries the photo on the top left corner of the page, the passport photo is uploaded during the application procedure.
- Please make sure that the photo id proof should be a Government ID proof.
- Non-Government ID proofs are not considered.
- Candidates can carry voter id card, driving license, pan card, passport, Aadhar card.
- Either of the above will suffice the purpose.
It is necessary to prove the whereabouts of the candidate. And so, address proof is essential.
- Address proof is the additional document that needs to be verified at the time of entry inside the examination centre.
- Either of the ID proofs like Voter id card, ration card, passport, Aadhar card serve as a valid address proof.
- Documents need to be shown to the exam officer at the exam hall entrance.
- The Admit card will be validated by the representative of the council. The candidate will also be frisked before allowing the candidate to enter the exam hall.
SRMJEEE 2020 Results
Results will be declared by the SRM University online in the First week of May 2020 to all candidates appeared in the entrance exam. Results can be checked by entering their application number, date of birth and programme applied for admission.

How to check the SRMJEEE Results?
- SRMJEEE 2020 Result will be declared online through the website at srmist.edu.in
- The results will be made available on the official website of the university. After counselling based on their merit, the admissions in the preferred colleges to pursue the preferred program can be obtained.
- The candidates must visit the official website of SRMJEEE 2020 and click on the link of the result score.
- In the next page, the candidates must login using their application ID and the password along with the security question or given captcha.
- Click the SUBMIT button after entering the details.
- The result sheet can be downloaded and then candidates can take printouts of the result.
- Candidates are requested to keep their scorecard printout safely till the time of admission procedure. The scorecard is required at the admission time.

SRMJEEE 2020 Cut Off Marks
The cut off marks of SRMJEEE will be displayed along with the results on the website. The applicants have to score marks that would be equal to or more than the slated cut off marks to join various institutes of engineering here.
The candidates will be called for counselling, based on their ranks and scores obtained in the joint entrance exam. A few factors that affect the SRMJEEE cut off marks are:

- Difficulty level of the question paper
