K.V.M. College of Pharmacy in Cherthala, Kerala – Course, Fees & Duration

The eligibility for B. Pharm and Pharm D courses course is a pass in 10+2 examination or equivalent examinations with 50 % marks, conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala or Examinations equivalent thereto with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology as optional subjects individually. The candidate shall fulfil eligibility before the last date of application.

Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary, Kerala or examinations recognized as equivalent then to, with 50% mark in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics are eligible for D. Pharm course.

The candidates who have passed their qualifying examination from outside the state of Kerala shall produce the certificate of recognition and equivalency of qualifying examination from Kerala University of Health Sciences, Thrissur. This should be furnished at the time of admission. Eligibility for admission to the candidates belonging to OBC, OEC, SC/ST will be as per the requirements of the Kerala University of Health Sciences, Thrissur.

  • Medicinal Plant Garden: The College takes pride in having a well maintained medicinal Plant garden with many species of rare medicinal plants used for research purpose.
  • Separate hostels are available for boys and girls with fully furnished facilities with sharing accommodation. Hostels have an independent mess with separate vegetarian and non-vegetarian kitchens serving only hygienic food item. 24 x 7 electricity (generators), mineral water, medical and conveyance facilities are ensured for the hostel students.
