EASA College of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore, a Sourastrian, self–financing, minority institution was established in 2008 by EASA Foundations, Coimbatore, a public charitable and educational trust. The College imparts high quality instruction and training and foster research in the fields of science, engineering, technology and management with futuristic and global outlook. It is situated on NH–47, Palakkad Main Road, Navakkarai Post, Coimbatore, 20 km away from Coimbatore city and 30 km away from Palakkad, Kerala.
The Vision of the College is to make the institution a pioneer in the field of Engineering, Technology and Management Education with a commitment for development of the individual and the society as a whole.
The College is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and affiliated to Anna University Chennai.
At present, the college is offering 6 UG programmes 6 post graduate programmes in engineering and technology, and PG Programme in MBA.

EASA College of Engineering and Technologytakes pride in its state-of–the-art infrastructure, well equipped library, laboratories and workshops with latest equipments for the Departments, Smart class rooms and use of technology for effective teaching/learning.
The College has one of the best established libraries with a large collection of books covering various branches of engineering sciences and Technologyas well as Science and Humanities and its related fields. The Digital Library is also available with high speed internet to support the students with the recent trends of Technology. In addition, 6 departmental libraries are available supporting the teaching and research activities of the Institute.
The College provides separate hostels for boys and girls, equipped with several amenities like indoor games, reading rooms, recreation rooms, etc. The boy’s hostel with 60 rooms can accommodate a total of 250 boys, while the girl’s can accommodate 200 girls with 60 rooms.
The hostels have spacious, ventilated and furnished rooms for comfortable stay of the students. Delicious and nutritious food hygienically prepared in steamers is served at mega dining halls. Round the clock Water Supply, Medical Care & Uninterrupted Power Supply are some of the facilities available.
EASA college of Engineering and Technology encourages the sports and games activities of the students and provides facilities for Cricket, Football, Volleyball, Throw Ball Kabbadi, and Badminton & Athletics. Indoor games such as Carrom and Chess are also played in the college.
A well equipped canteen is available inside the campus serving variety snacks and sumptuous lunch at nominal rates.
The college has arrangement with the Lakshmi Vilas Bank for all banking facilities both for students and staff members. The bank has also provided an ATM at the main entrance of the college.
The College has an exclusive medical support room to take care of immediate assistance. Hospitals and Nursing Homes are within a radius of 5 Kms and in house transport facility is available for taking students to hospitals and medical centres for emergiencies.

For B.E./B.Tech, minimum educational qualification of the candidate should be 10+2 and should have minimum 45% of mark in his/her studies as per the norms of Anna University. One of the subjects at Higher Secondary level should be mathematics.
The minimum eligibility for various categories for M.E. / M.Tech Degree Courses is a ‘Pass’ in recognized bachelor’s degree obtaining atleast 50% of the qualifying examination (45% in the case of candidates belonging to reserved category). Candidates who pass in the qualifying degree course will appear for TANCET Exam.or MAT/GATE.
The students are admitted on the basis of cutoff marks decided by the College.

There is a big library. The hostels for both men and women are well furnished and well ventilated. The College has large classrooms and smart class facilities are there. Labs for all departments are available. The hostel rooms very good and the food is served here is also very good. Wi-Fi facilities are available for the students 24/7.
