Sathyabama
Institute of Science and Technology, which is now known as Sathyabama Institute
of Science and Technology which was established in the year 1987 by Dr. Jeppiaar.
Knowledge in the fields of Engineering, Science, Technology, and Education
is best imparted to the students in this premier institution. In 16th July
2001, the sathyabama institute was granted Deemed University status for its
progress and contribution to the field of technical education for over two
decades. Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology offers 27 UG
programs and 41 PG programs in all disciplines.
Sathyabama
institute of technology has excellent infrastructure facilities like modern
laboratories, library, internet, and other general amenities. This institute
wrote a special page in the history of space research on 22nd June 2016, with
the launch of “SATHYABAMASAT” in association with ISRO. The
Sathyabama University also declared as one among the top 31 deemed to be
universities by the Times Higher Education Ranking. This is the 2nd among
private universities in Tamilnadu by National Institute Ranking Framework,
Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. The University mainly
