NMAT 2021 or NMIMS Management Aptitude Test organised by GMAC (Graduate Management Council) is a national-level exam that facilitates admission to Master of Business Administration for aspiring candidates in the management field. NMAT registrations tentative dates were scheduled to be on 14th September 2020 and got concluded on 21st November 2020. The registrations are conducted online.
Application Forms were available from 14th September 2020 up to 21st November 2020. All application forms require you (candidates) to fill the basic details like your name, country, email id, mobile number and gender, etc.
Candidates must ensure that the details they are filling are correct and entered by providing a working email-id and mobile number. Re-check and verify the details entered, as no editions will be allowed later during the submission process.
Take special care while uploading the scanned photo and signature before uploading onto the website. The scanned images should be as per the dimensions mentioned in the application form. The photo uploaded must be bearing your likeness or similar to your recent picture on your Photo ID proof.
No hard copies will be sent to the applicants via post or through other means. It is advised to take multiple copies of the filled application forms till the admission process gets over.

NMAT 2021 Eligibility Criteria
Going through the NMAT Eligibility Criteria listed in the Application Form booklet or from the website is an essential step. The NMAT eligibility criteria decide the base for further rounds in the interview process.
Candidates with at least 50% marks as aggregate can apply. Students appearing for their boards can also appear. There is no age limit mentioned. Candidates with experience are also eligible.
Any candidate found ineligible during the admission stage automatically gets disqualified for further rounds.

Browse and visit the official website. Press ‘Register Now’ in the quick links provided. Click on ‘Register’ until a new user window opens. Enter your basic details like first name, last name, country, mobile number and email id.
Next, choose a password and click on ‘Submit’ button. A new window appears to complete the application form. An email will be sent to your registered email and you can check the details from this message sent to your email.
After verification of the email, press the login button, provide your email id and password to login to your NMAT by GMAT Account.The registration form is now accessible. Fill in all personal details and academic as well in the Application Form.
It is requested that the candidates read the terms & conditions under the policy guidelines of the website. Next, tick the terms& conditions policy guidelines as an acceptance of the application form agreement.
Recheck and verify your entered details. Now click on Submit to complete the registration process. A screen with your unique registration number willbe displayed. Now pay the required amount for the application fee.

The entrance exam of NMAT 2021 will be held online through Computer Based Test Mode. All exam questions are in objective type format. The NMAT 2021 exam will be of a 2 hour duration.
The question paper consists of 120 questions. No negative marking is enabled. The basic subjects include Language Skill, Quantitative Skills, and Logical Reasoning.

NMAT 2021 Syllabus
NMAT 2021 has no fixed syllabus, yet the entrance exam focuses on the main subjects like:
- Language Skills include Vocabulary, Para jumble; fill in the blanks and correct grammar, syntax, antonyms, synonyms, reading comprehension etc.
- Quantitative Skillconsists of Coordinate geometry, probability, mensuration, mixture and solution, average, profit and loss, percentage, number system, pie chart etc.
- Logical Reasoningcomprises Blood relation, syllogism, critical reasoning, course of actions, puzzles, coding and decoding etc.

NMAT 2021 Admit Card
NMAT 2021 Admit Card is available to the applicants within 24 hours of submission of the application form. Some key points about the NMAT Admit Card:
All candidates must carry their NMAT Admit Card along with other supporting documents. The candidate without the above documents and proper Admit Card cannot appear for the exam and his/her candidature remains cancelled.
Upload your latest photo and signature within the dimensions specified in the application form.
The NMAT Admit Card will be printed only after GMAC realizes the application fee made.
The invigilator in the exam hall will sign and stamp each candidate’s admit card and it is advised to be done one each attempt on the admit card.
Candidates may not be allotted the same exam centre for the retake of exams by the applicants.
Qualified students and shortlisted candidates will be announced in due course.

NMAT 2021 Results
The NMAT 2021 results will be declared within 4 or 5 weeks after the examination. NMAT score cards contain GMAC scores for the qualifying process. The process is made online for students who had appeared for the entrance exam.
All percentile scores will be announced after candidates complete their exam. The applicants can check by logging into their GMAC Account.

NMAT 2021 Cut Off Marks
There are special NMAT cut off marks for each MBA specialization courses. However, the cut off marks varies for different participating institutes of management. Cut off marks can be checked for each section requested by the candidate. Those candidates who achieve the qualifying cut off marks will be called for further admission procedures.

NMAT 2021 Counselling
NMAT Counselling depends on the marks obtained by the candidates in the Merit List. They have to download the call letter from the related website. There is no common counselling to gain admissions to institutions.
The successful applicants must report individually to attain admission to their choice of institutions. The final call latter for counselling will be dispatched to students individually. Based on the Merit List, applicants will be allotted seats based on their score, number of seats available, and filled in choices.

NMAT 2021 Selection Process
NMAT selection process for admission to various institutes comprises Group Discussion, Personal Interview, and Written Ability Test. The participating institutes conduct these rounds and provide admission based on the admission schedule.
Under the group discussion phase, candidates are divided into 7 or 10 member group and a topic for the group is given. The Personal Interview phase consists of interviews set up by the B-schools internal selection committee and independent experts. The panel asks the candidate questions from management, current affairs, and events across the world.
