Kannur Dental College[KDC] is a part of “Knowledge Village” situated in the sprawling 220 acres campus at Cinnamon Estate , Anjarakandy, Kannur district Kerala . Kannur dental college was beguned in 2005-2006 by admitting 50 candidates to the B.D.S. Programme. Kannur Dental College is recognised by the Dental Council of India(DCI) and has been permitted for 100 candidates intake since 2012. The Dental Council of India has also allowed to begun Post Graduation (Master of Dental Surgery course) in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery, Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology Pedodontics,Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, Prosthodontics,Periodontics, Orthodontics from 2013 . Kannur Dental College is affiliated with the Kerala University of Health Sciences and the Kannur University(KU).
