Royal Dental College is set up by Royal Education Foundation, and it is one of the popular educational institutions in Palakkad. Royal Education Foundation is a social group established by a group of social activists who aims at undertaking various educational, social and cultural related activities. The medical colleges pursue the motto of PERITUS, EURDITO and ALTIUM “meaning” PROFICIENCY, KNOWLEDGE, and CHARACTER”. Royal Dental College is located in Palakkad in Kerala state of India. Established in the year 2003, it is accredited from Dental Council Of India(DCI) and it is affiliated to Kerala University of Health Sciences. RDC, Palakkad provides seven courses across one streams called as Dental and across three degrees like MDS, BDS, MD. Hostel facility is not available for its candidates. Additional campus facilities such as Auditorium, Girls Hostel, Computer Lab, Sports, Gym, Library, Class Room, Medical Facilities, Cafeteria, Boys Hostel are also there.
