Pariyaram Dental College (PDC) is one of the largest dental colleges in Kerela. Established in the year 2004, this college provides Bachelors in Dental Surgery (BDS) program. Further plans are being made to add Masters level studies in the college. With the mission to enhance health status of people in Kerela, the college thrives to give quality education and hands on training to candidates to hone their skills and knowledge. Hence, PDC offers quality education in graduate level to generate world class medical professionals.

Academic Facilities
The B. D. S. Degree is the culmination of a 5-year program that emphasises patient-centered care. Candidates develop clinical skills under close supervision of faculty. During the first 2 years, students study biochemistry, general and oral histology, human gross anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and oral medicine and pathology,general and oral microbiology. An integrated curriculum reinforces knowledge and prepares candidates to apply it in actual patient care situations beginning in their 3rd year of study. Third and fourth year candidates are assigned to functional group practices with a family of patients. A faculty team practice director monitors the enhance and ensures the competency of every candidate.
Lecture Halls
The college has well furnished class rooms. Class rooms are arranged by audio visual equipment like OHP’s, LCD, public addressing systems with Cordless Microphones, and pull down screens.
Laboratories
All departments have spacious laboratories which are well-equipped with state of art instruments.
Library
One of the best places in our college campus that we can boost of is our Library. We have a collection of Journals, Books and CD’s. The arrangement of the furniture and its positioning create the total serenity.Besides, we are associated with Academy of Medical Sciences Central Library which is the super among the Medical College Libraries of Kerala.

Sports Complex is spread over an area of 36,000 sq. mtrs. With facilities for Volleyball, Basketball, Tennis, Football, and Cricket at the same time in various venues. An Athletic Track of eight lines is also available for students. The complex is situated near the hostels and staff quarters. The 2nd phase of the complex that includes swimming pool, pavilions with seating facilities, gymnasium etc. will be completed in a phased manner.
