Sree Buddha College of Engineering is situated in Alappuzha, Kerala. It was started in the year 2002 by the Sree Buddha Educational Society. The Sree Buddha college is affiliated to the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, Thiruvananthapuram. The Sree Buddha college is approved by All India Council for Technical Education. It provides bachelor’s and master’s degrees in 6 variety of branches of Engineering and Technology. The Engineering College is accredited by NAAC and the programs provided are accredited by NBA. It is recognized by the University Grants Commission.

The following facilities have been created for all the students to help them get proper assistance during their education years:
Central Library: The library is a three-storied building located in the main campus spread over an area of 1500 sq.m. It is fully air-conditioned. It is designed with the motive of offering educational assistance to students, faculty members, and other staff members. It has a collection of books, journals, research papers, e-books, international journals, etc for reference purposes and to cater to the needs of the students.
Hostel: Separate hostel buildings for boys and girls is offered by the college with all basic amenities. The hostels are well spacious and have mess halls. Both the hostels have a carrying capacity of almost 300 hostelers each. Separate facilities for studying are also given.
Canteen: A neat and clean canteen facilities on the college campus run by the college management which is well spacious enough and provides a variety of snacks, refreshments, and food items to the students and staff members at reasonable prices. Also, a searing facility for students and staff members is provided.
Other Facilities: Several other facilities are offered by the college such as basketball court, indoor, gymnasium, playground, solar power plant for eco-friendly measures.

Scholarships are provided to the meritorious students on a merit basis. If secured GPA 8 or above and also, if they belong to the lower-income group, then they are eligible for the scholarship.
Also, eligible students of Government Quota can get admission under Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme.
KEAM scholarship exam: Fees concessions offered on the basis of marks gained in the exam
EWS scholarships: Government scholarships for all students coming from Economically poor sections of the society
