The Misrimal Navajee Munoth Jain Engineering College in Chennai was established by the Tamil Nadu Educational & Medical Trust (TEAM Trust) in 1994.

The college aims at imparting professional education and skills training to make the students competent in their chosen field of engineering and to develop leadership qualities. The College has a central library, and there is a department for issuing books. The lab is well-equipped and has a special lab to learn about Arduino and Raspberry Pi topics and know about the latest technology. The teachers concentrate on the information conveyed through labs and experiments.

Teachers in the college clear all doubts and provide basic knowledge with ease. There are large labs and a library available within the campus. Teachers were well qualified. In the College department, most of the staff members have a Ph.D. The industrial visit for each semester helps get practical knowledge and gain industry experience.
