Peoples Education Society University conducts an entrance exam once in a year at the PES University Campus in Bangalore. The entrance exam once qualified offers admission to courses like B. Arch and B.Tech.

PESSAT 2020 Application Form

It is always recommended to revise through the Application Form details before applying.

The Application Form for PESSAT 2020 is available online. The process for filling the application form began on 4th October 2019. The last date for submitting of application form differs from course to course. Applicants must fill one application form at a time. If the candidate submits two forms, the last form filled which is complete will be considered as final submission.

All application forms contain basic details such as personal and education information. It is to be noted that the applicant has to provide a valid email id and phone number. All information regarding the application process will be intimated by this email id or phone number.

The applicants have to upload their recent photo and signature that is scanned before the upload. Any type of incomplete or inaccurate forms will be automatically rejected. Take printouts of the application form and keep it until the admission process gets over.

The Application fee for PESSAT 2020 is Rs.1050/- and can be paid online or offline. The candidates have to choose the medium of payment like credit card/debit card/net-banking. If submitting through offline, then pay through E-challan or Demand Draft for paying through offline modes.

The DD needs to be sent in favour of PES University General Fund, payable at Bangalore. Enter your DD details in the space mentioned online and send the printed application form to the address below:

How to Apply for PESSAT 2020

Visit the official website of PESSAT. Choose the course you would apply for. Enter your basic details like name, gender, date of birth and email id. Next, click on Proceed and then on edit or confirm button. now you enter all the personal details. Upload your scanned photo and signature. Select the mode of payment. Pay the application fee. Verify the details and submit. Take printouts for further use.

PESSAT 2020 Exam Pattern

The exam pattern varies for each course. The PESSAT entrance exam will be conducted online by Computer-Based Test. The question paper is of 180 minutes duration. For other courses, the duration is 120 minutes.

A set of multiple-choice questions will be asked. The number of questions vary from course to course.  Each right answer carries 1 mark and there is no negative marking.

PESSAT 2020 Admit Card – Available Now

The PES University of Bangalore has released the admit card online at the website pessat.pes.edu. Slot booking for the admission process is done. After the candidates complete their slot booking process along with reserving time and date for PESSAT, they are issued the Hall Tickets with a detailed instruction set.

Before downloading PESSAT 2020 Hall Ticket, the candidates should book their slots. Steps to access your Admit Card:

Visit the official website at pessatpes.edu.

Click the link for Download Hall Ticket.

A new window opens where you need to enter the Login credentials. Enter the registration number and email id to book your slot and reserve your date and time.

Once the slots re booked you can download your Hall Ticket.

Take printouts and keep it till the counselling process is over.

PESSAT 2020 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should check the details about the eligibility criteria before applying for the exam. B. Tech course aspirants must qualify their 12th exam from a recognized Board. The applicants must score 60% aggregate in the qualifying exam.

They must qualify with Science as main stream in the qualifying exam.  The candidates must have scores of PESSAT at National Level or KCET in State Level exams.

B. Arch candidates must qualify their 12th with 50% marks in any stream that is recognized by the Central or State Government. They must have mathematics as a compulsory subject in the qualifying exam.  They must score in any of NATA or JEE MAIN Paper 2 to qualify.

Candidates applying for Other UG Courses must have passed their 12th or equivalent from a Recognized Board. They must have a score of 60% in the qualifying exam.

Applicants for PG courses should have a Bachelor’s Degree. They must have adequate scores in PGCET, MAT, CAT, CMAT, GMAT, GRE, GATE, etc.

PESSAT 2020 Admit Card – OUT

PESSAT Admit card will be released by the PES University. Those applicants who have completed the filling of application form can download their PESSAT admit cards online on the official website.  The PESSAT Admit Card will be issued immediately after the slot booking process.

Steps to Download the Admit Card

Visit the official website of PESSAT 2020. Click PESSAT Admit Card option. A login window opens. Enter your registration number and email id.

The applicants must book their date and time for the slot booking. Once the slots have been booked, admit card is displayed on the screen. Download the Admit card and take necessary printouts.

PESSAT 2020 Results – Have I Cleared or Not?

The results of PESSAT 2020 will be declared in the last week of May 2020. Candidates can view their results by entering their roll number and date of birth in the login window. The PESSAT results card will show the candidates name, roll number, sectional scores and overall scores.

The scorecard will not be sent to the candidate by post or any other offline medium. The login window to download your results will be left open for a limited period. A few minutes later, the page will expire.

How to check my Scorecard?

Navigate to the official website of PESSAT. Proceed to the PESSAT tab. Click on Results section. Enter your roll number and date of birth. Click on Submit to see the scorecard. Download a copy and take printouts till the counselling process is over.

PESSAT 2020 Counselling

PES University has every right to conduct the Counselling and Interview sessions before selecting the final candidate among PESSAT qualifiers. Counselling for B. Tech admission in 2020 will be held during June and July.

The shortlisted candidates must appear in person for the counselling. If they fail to be present, the seat will be offered to the next candidate.
